We have identified a PC (DirectlinkDT) flashing issue limited to ONLY D/C: (date code) 26F DS3/DS4/DS4P Systems. Only a small quantity of these units were distributed and no other date codes are affected. This issue only affects module flashing as outlined in the Tech Bulletin. Once installed, system functionality is unaffected.

Summary of the issue:
When flashing from PC using an XKloader2/DLoader4 you will encounter a module detection issue, displaying “Module: Unknown”. This issue is related to a hardware component used only in 26F DS systems. All systems produced before or after the 26F date code are unaffected. DirectLoader Android & iOS (Bluetooth) direct flashing is fully functional on DS4/DS4P units. In-Vehicle flashing using a Dloader4/OBD connection, as well as PC flashing will require flashing from a BLACK 4-Pin D2D port and external power supply to the DS module as shown in tech bulletin TB135.
