To All ADS Installers:

We hope you and your families are staying safe and healthy during this unprecedented global pandemic. As the situation endures and government offices remain closed, some customers are reaching the end of their interlock program requirement. With that in mind, we urge every installer to ensure all customers provide a valid Removal Authorization Number prior to being scheduled for device removal. Customers can attain an RA# by contacting ADS customer service and verifying removal eligibility.

Additionally we recommend that you share the following information with clients requesting removals at this time:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing requirements, many state agencies are closed or behind in processing requests, such as installation and removal authorizations. We caution that removing your interlock device at this time may affect your ability to legally drive a vehicle until Interlock restrictions are removed from your license, or you are issued a valid license.  If you wish to continue driving legally, you may choose to keep the interlock device installed until such time as the state is able to process end of program documentation.
